Why Cricket Wireless Is Getting My Service Over Cingular

Friday, February 29th, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Ronny_Harrahs]Ronny Harrahs It all started when I heard an ad on the local radio station which exclaimed, “Get ready San Diego, a new wireless provider is coming to town.” the ad went on to explain that they would offer unlimited anytime minutes, text messages, and internet for $50/month with no contracts required. Being fed up with Cingulars horrible customer service and insane prices I was instantly intrigued and wanted to learn more about the new service. It all sounded just too good to be true! So, I went on to do my research on local forums of people who have used the cricket service in other areas such as Portland, Oregon and Houston or Dallas, Texas. I read their mixed reviews of the service and formulated my own idea about which phone I would purchase. After doing days of research I decided I would purchase the Motorola KRZR with the unlimited everything plan. The reason I choose this phone is because it’s small yet sleek design and multi-featured functions that included the mobile web and multimedia text messaging service. I must say this is probably the most impressive phone I’ve ever owned. And, for the price $200, with the first month of service free it was an offer I couldn’t refuse. I tried to utilize every feature on my new phone in the first month so I would understand if I was going to keep the service. One of the main benefits of Cricket is their “no contracts” guarantee so even if things went south I could hawk the phone on eBay and have virtually no loss. I’m happy to report that the service is equally as amazing as the phone. The service was equal to that of Verizon and got service virtually everywhere in my San Diego market. I had no problem sending multimedia text messages to my friends on different networks and enjoyed their responses as well. But, by far the funniest part about this phone is the internet. I’m a huge basketball fan and this phone really helps with getting me basketball scores well I’m working the night shift. Overall, I’m stoked to free myself from the clutches of those horrible “2-year contracts”. Teenagers Always Have a Good Excuse

Friday, February 29th, 2008

By Lesley Cordero Your teenager has a good excuse for everything he or she does, even hurting you, their brothers and sisters, drinking, doing drugs, and failing school. This good excuse, or positive intention is what is driving the behaviour. The negative behaviour wont change until the positive intention has been recognized and satisfied in some way. There are two basic things that you need to believe before you even begin to try and figure out what is driving your childs behavior. First you must believe that we do have a good intention behind every behavior. This will certainly help in the process of determining what positive intention your child is trying to satisfy as otherwise you may appear incongruent- when what you are thinking, saying and doing doesnt match up. You are pretending and your teenager can spot a phoney a mile away. Also you must believe that the meaning of your communication is the response you get back. For example, if you dont like the response your child gives you then you must be willing to change the method of communication until you get what you want. Let me explain the basic process. 1. Setting yourself up as an ally You want to find out what your childs positive intention is. That requires that you communicate in a positive manner or he will shut you down. In any communication with your teenager he or she has four possible options. He can see you as an ally and open up to you, she can become defensive, retreat or counter-attack. Your first challenge is to approach her in such a way that you get the first response. That is why you cannot blame, judge, criticize or attach a negative intention to the behaviour or communication. You dont want to be perceived as the enemy. Instead you are an ally and they need to believe that you think they are a good person; they are separate from their behaviour and you are here to work with them. 2. Finding the positive intention In order to find their often-unconscious positive intention, you can put yourself in their shoes or talk to them in order to get an answer to the following question: What does this behavior do for me (you)? or How does this behavior benefit me (you)? or What do I (you) want to happen when I (you) do this behavior? Often there are several positive intentions all embedded inside one another. Once you have solicited one answer, follow it up with the same question, And what does that do for you? Keep asking that question for each intention until you think you have an idea what their positive intention or reason or purpose is. 3. Checking it out Once you think that you know what the purpose behind their behavior might be, check it out with them by asking, So, what you were really wanting by (behavior) was (positive intention)? 4. Now that you know Once you think that you know what the positive intention is behind their behavior, act as if it were true. Tell him or her that you appreciate the fact that they were trying to do something positive and offer to help in any way that you can. Comment on the fact that this intention is certainly more consistent with the kind of person that he is than the negative behavior. Work with him to come up with a new behavior that is consistent with the kind of person he is and which will satisfy his positive intention. So what does this actually look like in real life? Josh has broken into his sisters bedroom, taken the money that she has been saving and gone out with his friends. On the one hand you believe that we always have a good reason behind everything that we do, on the other hand you are absolutely furious with him. Give yourself time to cool down before you try to find out what positive intention he has behind his behavior. You have to distance yourself from the incident and become an observer. Once you are able to switch to observer mode, it is time to tackle Josh. Start by stating the facts in a conversational manner. I know that you went into Brittanys room and borrowed her savings. That is a pretty unusual thing for you to do, dont you think? What did taking her money do for you? Notice that you didnt ask him why he did it. That is a question that begs an I dont know for an answer. He may respond with something like, I wanted to go out with my friends and I didnt have any money. You then ask, What did going out with your friends do for you? It made me feel like part of the group. What does being part of the group do for you? It makes me feel like less of a loser! You have probably figured out by now that Josh is feeling like a loser and took Brittanys money in order to be part of the group and consequently feel better about himself. So you check it out by saying, You took Brittanys money so you could be part of the crowd and not feel like a loser? If that strikes a cord then you follow up with, I appreciate that you were trying to do something positive for yourself and that is consistent with the Josh I know. What else can we come up with that will make you feel more like part of the crowd or feel better about yourself and doesnt hurt anyone else? Hopefully this will open up a dialogue between you and Josh. The behavior still needs to be dealt with and Brittany still needs restitution. Now that the two of you are in rapport it is a good time to start brainstorming ways to earn the money to pay Brittany back! Ontario Bass Fishing

Thursday, February 28th, 2008

By Nic Di Gravio If we were to actually take the time to look at a map of Ontario we would realize how lucky we bass anglers really are. From the southern Lakes of Erie and Ontario to Lakes Huron, Georgian Bay and northern Lake Superior to Ontario’s near north lakes of Nippissing and Muskoka to name a few, Bass fishing in Ontario is simply fantastic! Every one knows that the north shore of Ontario’s Lake Erie is a Smallmouth factory with huge fish being caught, but I have also seen monsters come out of Lake Simcoe tipping the scales at 7lbs. WOW! That’s a big Smallmouth! I have fished small inland lakes in Ontario’s Bruce Peninsula and hooked 4 to 6lb Smallmouth and Largemouth. Lake St. Clair in the southwest is another Bass haven of Ontario along with the infamous Kawarthas of south central Ontario. The Kawartha Lakes - Pigeon, Scugog, Rice, Buckhorn, Sturgeon and Balsam get their fare share of Bass angler traffic and still cough up a big supply of Largemouth and Smallmouth. Ontario’s Walleye waters of Bay of Quinte, is becoming more and more of a Bass anglers paradise, with bigger fish weighing in at the tournament podium every year. Lake Ontario from Kingston to the St. Lawrence is an excellent Smallmouth fishery, just ask Pro Angler, Shaw Grisby, from Florida where his favorite fishing area is and he will mention Kingston. Lakes Couchiching, Muskoka, Nippissing, the list is virtually endless for good Smallmouth and Largemouth lakes where weights of 5lbs and up are being caught. Some of Southern Ontario’s river systems like the mighty Niagara, Detroit, St. Lawrence, Ottawa, Grand, Saugeen and even the French river of the near north have world class Bass fishing.Whether fishing from a canoe or from shore these rivers are a must for any adventurous Bass angler. Ontario does have good sizes and numbers of Bass, but we must keep in mind the growing season here is cut in half in comparison to State side. Our winters last more than 4 months which means that a ‘hog’ of a Bass could be upwards of 10 years of age depending on whether you’re in the north or south. Lake Erie with its good population of Bass can handle the taking of a few good fish. Even lakes of Simcoe’s caliber can stand to loose a few, but small inland lakes, in my opinion, can’t handle everyone taking trophy Largemouth or Smallmouth. Due to the short growing season taking big fish in large quantities from these waters could be devastating to the bass population. Smaller fish can be harvested in smaller lakes, but lunkers, I think should be released for the simple reason that ‘Big Bass make more Bass’ for us to pursue or harvest. I have been Bass fishing Ontario waters for close to 36 years now and if I live to be a hundred I still will not be able to fish half of the lakes this province provides. Largemouth and Smallmouth are here in abundance and untouched like Ontario’s wilderness. When fishing for Bass in Ontario I would say that from the Northern tip of Lake Superior and beyond to the southern most tip of Pelee Island, Ontario is truly a Bass angler’s paradise! Nic feels very lucky having a family that supports him in all his fishing endeavors. Even though Nic has thirty years of fishing experience, he still feels that you can never stop learning. His love for Bass fishing has brought him to the Pro Bass Tournament trail. In his first year going professional, Nic has two top ten finishes and was a Classic Qualifier in the C.S.F.L Bassmania Pro Bass circuit, placing eighteenth over all. But Bass fishing is not Nics only love. In the Spring his passion turns to downrigging for salmon, where he competes in Salmon Derbies. Already, he has a first place win under his belt. And if thats not enough to keep him busy, you can find him chasing Walleye, Pike, and even Muskie. You name it, Nic will fish for it. http://www.probassfishing.ca has fulfilled a life long dream for Nic. Rigging A Kayak for Serious Sportfishing

Wednesday, February 27th, 2008

By Richard Young Setting up for kayak fishing really allows you to enjoy the sport to its fullest. Theres an understandable joy in hooking into a great fish and having everything you need from secure rod holders to landing equipment and storage right at your fingertips. Making your kayak such a joy to fish from takes a bit of planning but goes a long way in making your experience a positive one! As in fishing from a boat, kayak fishing comprises a wide spectrum of different techniques, gear, and rigs reflecting the method of fishing as well as the personal preferences of the angler. Due to the rapid popularity that kayak fishing has experienced in recent years, many kayak manufacturers offer specially-equipped fishing models featuring built-in rod holders, compartments, and layouts especially suited to the kayak angler. For starters, the most popular fishing kayaks are those with a forward compartment for dry storage and a rear tank-well, or deck recess, that allows for placement of tackle equipment like a crate with rod holders, bait tanks, or fish bags. My kayak is an Ocean Kayak Scupper Pro TW. Rudder or No-Rudder? The jury is out on the necessity for a rudder but I find a rudder invaluable when trying to paddle against adverse winds or currents. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoy working my rudder to follow the fish as Im fighting it and they will pull you! Despite the potential for snagging my line on the rudder, the benefit of increased efficiency when conditions worsen well outweighs the negatives for installing a rudder. Starting at the bow, Id recommend bungee lashings, or bungee trees as theyre usually called. These serve as a paddle holder and allow you to stow your paddle in an instant, a handy feature to have when you get a strike. My kayak is equipped with bungee trees on the bow and in the cockpit the latter which conveniently holds my tackle box right in front of me. If youre thinking positive (and you should be!) you need to have something to land and store your catch. For smaller fish a landing net will do and for larger fish a gaff would be more appropriate. Some folks keep a catch bag in their hull which requires opening up the hatch to place their catch into the bag. My preference is an insulated bag which I store in the rear tank-well. This setup is very different from our mainland counterparts most of whom tend to utilize the aft space on their kayaks for storing crates with rod-holders and/or live bait buckets. Kayak fishing in Hawaii involves quite simply, bottom-fishing, trolling, whipping (bait-casting), or jigging. I do very little bottom fishing or whipping (casting) from my kayak as I really enjoy the constant movement that trolling offers, not to mention the simplicity of rig that we use! In setting up for bottom fishing, whipping, and jigging there really is no special set-up as all that you really need is a floating platform from which to deploy your line. Its a good idea to get a drift chute which can significantly reduce your drift while doing any of these stationary fishing methods. I rig a bridle, formed by joining the bowline and a line fastened behind me, that holds the chute amidships so it holds my kayak perpendicular to the direction of the current or wind, whichever might be pushing me away from the area Id like to remain in. Rod Holders In Front or Behind? For trolling, my rod holders are set up in the front of the cockpit. This is probably the biggest difference from many of our mainland kayak fishing colleagues who seem to prefer placing their rod holders in back of their seats. I prefer being able to watch the tip of my pole as Im trolling as frequently, smaller fish will shred the bait without taking pulling on the line for the ratchet to sound. When a fish does hit, the transition from paddling to setting the hook is one smooth transition as I quickly place the paddle in the bow lashing then grab my rod. When placing your rod holders in front of you, be sure to check your maximum forward extension when paddling so as to assure you wont hit the rod holders or rods when stretching forward in your stroke. Wherever you decide to place your rod holders, be sure to include a safety line to your reels to prevent losing them in the event you capsize or if the rod holders should fail. On three occasions (Id rather not talk about how) I flipped my kayak and, if not for the safety lines would have lost my favorite Penn Reel and rod! On another occasion, having insufficiently tightened the nut on my rod holder, my entire rod holder gave way when a fish hit and my reel and rod went right into the water, thankfully, only as far as the safety line. Tackle Box & Landing Tackle My preference is to keep things as simple as possible and the size of my tackle box (about 5x 8) probably reflects that. All of my lures and pre-set leaders are stored in this small waterproof box thats strapped into the bungee cords right in front of me. A long nose pliers hangs off the side of my seat so I dont have to go fumbling for it when Ive got a twenty pound fish struggling in my lap or thrashing about on the side of the kayak. Depending on where were fishing, I would either have a gaff or landing net and, often, Ill stick them in the extra rod holder for convenience. Fishfinders & VHS Radios An increasing number of fishing kayaks are being rigged with fishfinders that are water-resistant and very well-suited to kayak fishing needs. One of our buddies has a fishfinder on his kayak and he swears by it! You can choose from a portable fishfinder that allows for the needed transducer to be mounted with a suction cup or doing a permanent mount that requires epoxying the transducer to the hull. As of yet, I havent outfitted my kayak with a fishfinder but Im getting awfully tempted! Of course, while were on the subject of electronics, a good investment would also be a VHS two-way-radio so you have both boat to boat and coast guard emergency channel access. Submersible handheld VHS radios are available nowadays starting at around $170 and up. Take some time to set up your kayak and when the day comes when you get the strike of your life, all the little details will pay off in making your experience the all that it should be. Tight lines! ************ The author, Richard Young is an avid kayak fisherman in Hawaii and features Kayak Fishing on his website, Hawaiibeachcombers.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Richard_Young http://EzineArticles.com/?Rigging-A-Kayak-for-Serious-Sportfishing&id=280473 zolpidem sanval ambien overnight ups medication ambien buy ambien cheap onlinine

Choosing Cell Phone Plans and Carriers

Monday, February 25th, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Jonathan_Hendrix]Jonathan Hendrix Comparing Cell Phone Plans and Carriers So you are looking for a cell phone plan and carrier that is right for you but are not sure what exactly what you need? Various factors apply when sorting through the many carriers and plans Choosing the right Plan within the Carrier of your Choice Considerations in your quest to find the right plan with your carrier also include options that the carrier may provide. Options like free mobile to mobile, near broadband downloads for music and video and surfing the net, rollover, multimedia options, free nights and weekends, and more. And what about minutes? You definitely need enough minutes or your will end up paying overages ranging from $0.25 to $0.45 a minute that you go over your package minutes. Mobile to Mobile Free mobile to mobile is handled differently by each Carrier, so make sure you know what their options really are. This feature allows you to make calls in your network for free. So incoming and outgoing calls within your Carrier is free, so if you are a Cingular customer and you call another Cingular customer, your call does not take up any of your package minutes. Cingular Wireless, Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile offer mobile to mobile with their plans. T-Mobile also offer myFaves which allows you to choose five favorite callers, no matter what network they are in, to call free without using up your package minutes. Internet Surfing, Text Messaging, and Streaming Music or Videos Multimedia package options are very popular. These packages allow you unlimited text messaging, internet surfing, and streaming of music and videos. Some Carriers offer all of these options while some only offer few. Verizon has the VCAST, Cingular has 3G, and Sprint has the Power Vision network. All of these allow you to stream music and video to your cell phone, but some offer different coverage areas for these features. Package Minutes with your Plan How many minutes do I need? Choosing the right package with the right amount of minutes for you calling needs is one of the most important if not the most important factor in your choice of plans. If you are an occasional cell phone user that only talks on the cell phone once a day, then a 400 minute plan will be probably suite more for you. If you are a heavy cell phone user or use your cell phone for business then you most likely want to go with a plan that has more than 1000 minutes. It’s hard to know exactly how many minutes you may use if you have never owned a cell phone. A good way to figure this out without paying overages by mistakenly not choosing enough minutes is to think of how much you would use your phone. The number of calls and the length of the calls. Say you think you would talk around 400-600 minutes a month, then you would benefit from choosing a plan that is over the high end of your calling spectrum, like maybe a 900 minute plan with Cingular for example. It is always safer and cheaper to start with more minutes than you may need instead of paying high overages. Once you have your phone for a few months and can better determine what your usage will be then maybe you can drop down to a lower minutes package that fits your calling needs more if available. Individual and Family Plans Just about any carrier out there offers family plans as well as individual plans. If you have a family and more than one of you need a cell phone then a family plan. Family plans save you alot of money combing all of your cell phones into one plans instead of having a different plans set up for each individual phone. Each phone added to your plan is usually around $9.99 that is added to your monthly bill, which is alot better than having a number of phones with the whole package plan cost on each phone that is used. With a Family plan, everyone that is on the plan uses the bucket of minutes in the plan. So if you get a 700 minute family plan, everyone on the plans uses those minutes. Each phone on the plan, also gets the plans benefits, such as free nights and weekends, and with most carriers let everyone on the plan call each other without using up the bucket of minutes. Options such as unlimited texting are only applied to a single phone on the plan. So if you wanted that option on each phone that plan, you would have to pay for that option on each phone on your plan. Make sure to research as much as possible before you make your choice. A little research can save you alot of money. out there today. This guide will help you in deciding what may or may not be right for you when trying realize what carrier and what plan from the carrier of your choice gives you the service and options you need without paying for anything you do not necessarily need. Which Carrier is best for me? When choosing a Carrier, you must keep in mind where you are located first and foremost. Coverage of your area is the main factor when deciding the Carrier that will serve you best. For instance, if you don’t have the right Carrier for your area, you will experience more dropped calls, less signal strength, and you possibly face roaming charges (depending on the plan you have chosen). If you are mainly around metropolitan areas, then almost any carrier will do as far as coverage. T-Mobile and Sprint offer coverage most prominently in larger cities and on interstates. If you travel frequently and find yourself out of cities and interstates, then a carrier with a more broad coverage area will suite you better, like Cingular Wireless and Verizon Wireless. Melt Your Obesity With Diet Pills

Sunday, February 24th, 2008

By Chris Read When you indulge yourself with negligent eating habits, mismanaged lifestyle then with time you will attain a condition called obesity, which has become a global health problem and is increasing alarmingly in the last decade. At modern times, people are more conscious about health issues and share lots of information and views concerning good health through mass media. But, it is very sad to know that, only few people get proper health counseling and guidance and benefit from them. There are various measures you can adopt to get rid of obesity. Taking diet pill is one of them. Diet pills can be taken as the easiest way of losing weight when other conventional weight loss diet does not show the desired result. Among the diet pills, Phentermine is the most commonly prescribed drug as it is cheaper in comparison to the other weight loss drugs and is used for the short-term weight management. Phentermine is an appetite suppressant and is available with brand names like Adipex-P, Fastin, Ionamin, Obenix, Obephen, Oby-Cap, Oby-Trim, Panshape M, Phentercot, Phentride, Pro-Fast HS, Pro-Fast SA, Pro-Fast SR, Teramine, Zantryl etc. It is chemically similar to an amphetamine which stimulates the central nervous system and increases your heart rate and blood pressure and thereby decreases your appetite. But, anyone who opts for this drug should consult properly with a doctor before purchasing it, because it has been found that after a certain period of its use the body will develop tolerance to the appetite suppressant and the drug becomes ineffective and here its use should be discontinued. Phentermine is likely to develop primary pulmonary hypertension, a rare, fatal disease of the lungs, as well as valvular heart disease, skin abnormalities, insomnia, irritability, hyperactivity, personality changes, and psychosis. You can easily avail cheap Phentermine through the Internet, because more and more pharmaceutical companies are promoting their drugs online. When you order cheap Phentermine online you are entitled to get free online health consultation which may help you save the time that you spend visiting a doctor. The best part of ordering Phentermine online is that it is comparatively cheaper than buying it over-the-counter. Online pharmacies are always ready to serve you in the best way possible. Finally, it must be mentioned here that the effect of Phentermine or other weight loss drugs are for shorter duration. So you should complement Phentermine with regular exercise and balanced food. Child Care - Choosing A Daycare Center

Thursday, February 21st, 2008

By Michael Russell In this article we’re going to cover some basic things to do and ask when choosing a daycare center for your child. The first thing you need to do when going to a daycare center to determine if it’s one you want to send your child to is ask them if they have any openings. This should be the very first question you ask. If their answer is no and you need daycare in the near future then they most likely will not be able to meet your needs. If, however, you really want this center then find out when they expect to have an opening and make plans. The next thing you have to find out is where the center is located and how the traffic is in early morning or rush hour evening hours. If traffic is really bad you know that you’re going to have to leave yourself extra time to get your child to the center and extra time for pickup, especially if the center closes at a certain hour. The next thing you have to find out is what their hours of operation are. If the center has hours from 9 to 6 and you have to be at work at 8 AM then you are going to have a bit of a problem unless you can arrange to have someone else bring your child to the center. Most centers however do have hours long before normal work hours begin and long after normal work hours end. Just make sure you find out exactly what the hours are. The next thing that’s important to know is if there are any special holidays or dates when the center is closed. Not all businesses celebrate all holidays. For example, many businesses may be open on Martin Luther King’s birthday. If yours is one of them and the center is closed for that day you are going to have to make plans for someone to either stay with your child or if possible bring your child to another center for a day or if worst comes to worst, bring your child to work. Make sure you know this well in advance. Of course you are going to have to find out what the center charges and if there are any special supplies you will have to bring. Some centers provide diapers and food but many do not. So find this out in advance. Also, find out how payment needs to be made and when. Some centers require payment in advance and other allow you to pay at the end of each period, whether it be weekly or monthly. It may not be a bad idea to find out the ages of the other children. If they are all older than your child you may not want to take your child to that center as there could be a greater danger of problems. Find out if the center offers some kind of flex time in case you have a strange schedule. Some centers actually have a day shift and a night shift. Find this out if your needs require odd hours. This may not seem important but find out what their turnover rate is. A high turnover rate may indicate a poorly run center. Find out if there are backups to the main provider should he or she become ill. The last thing you want to find out is that you can’t bring your child one day because there is only one caregiver and they are out sick. Finally, find out if the center is certified. While this doesn’t always mean the center is great, you’ll have a better chance of getting a good center if it is certified. Mortgage Marketing - Viral-Email, Referral Marketing Strategy

Monday, February 18th, 2008

By David Wells This is a devastatingly powerful way to extend your marketing reach. For this to work right you need a website that promotes your business. It doesnt have to be complicated, just professional looking with good content. It is vital, however, that theres a place for visitors to sign up for a free mortgage consultation. If you dont have a site you can still make some money with this email so read on. First, make sure that you get the email address of every client you do business with. When you close a loan send the client a simple email. Something like this: ———————————————— Dear (Client Name), Thank you for choosing me for your home financing needs. I hope the experience was a positive one. And I trust that you are happy with your home loan. Im running a limited time promotion right now that might benefit you. You see, Ive learned through experience in this business that people in the market for ahome loan usually know others also in the market. My first objective with every client is to provide them with the right product for their needs at a good price in a friendly, honest and efficient manner. I sincerely hope I have lived up to this goal in my dealings with you. You should know that not all mortgage brokers are guided by these same principles. If you have friends or family who could use my services wouldnt you feel better if you knew their broker would do right by them? Heres what Id like to ask of you. Copy and paste the block of text below into a blank email. Insert the name of one of your friends who could benefit from a home loan and send it to them. Send it to as many friends asyou know who are in the market for my services. ————————————————- Hey , Check out this website. I used this guy for my loan. He was straight with me and I got a good deal. www.YourWebSiteHere.com?Client@TheirServer.com ————————————————- Not only will you be doing your friends a favor, youll have the opportunity to get a free set of movie tickets. For every one of your friends who comes to my website and requests a free consultation Ill give you two movie tickets good for you choice of any movie in the area. Ill know they were sent by you because your email address is embedded in the website address. When your friends get to my site itll record their visit. At Your Service, Your Name & Contact Info ————————————————– This strategy does require some technical expirtise but nothing too comlicated. Your office techie should be able to set this up for you. And, of course, you’ll be out the cost of a couple of movie ticket for each lead you get this way. Please feel free to use or modify the above sample email and use it in your business as you see fit. To Your Prosperity, David A. Wells Alexander Publishing Mortgage Marketing Resources and the Mortgage Marketing Guide will help you get ahead in your mortgage career. Eliminate Toxins and Lose Weight in Just Nine Days

Saturday, February 16th, 2008

By Daniel Nickerson Earlier this month I had the flu for almost two weeks and even though I wasn’t eating much I couldn’t drop weight. Apparently over the last few years the stress of work and a bad diet has built up so many toxins in my body it seems impossible to lose weight.. Trust me I’ve tried. How do I know toxins are to blame? Have you ever gotten a really good deep tissue massage? Did it ever make you sick? When you get a vigorous massage the toxins that have been lodged in your muscles are released and when they hit your bloodstream, you can really feel it. Well, unless you are eat a very healthy natural diet, exercise regularly and avoid stress, you’re going to have toxins in your body that are dragging you down. If you don’t believe that toxins can effect your weight and health, there’s tons of information online to support this claim. Just do a google search. I recently ran into a friend of mine who had lost 20 pounds in nine days, and felt like a million bucks because he had done a Detox diet. The program he used was Isagenix. He wasn’t trying to sell me an opportunity, he wasn’t even aware that there was one. He just loved the product. After seeing him I decided it was time for me to do something so I signed up for Isagenix and just got my diet program a few days ago. I was very impressed with the Package and plan I received and even created a blog to talk about my experiences and motivate myself to maintain a healthier lifestyle. If you lack energy, need to lose some pounds and add some vitality to your look and life. A detox diet may be just the right thing for you. I’m pretty excited by the results I have had with Isagenix thus far. Dan Nickerson is the CEO of Got-Zip Inc.
